For the past three years, I've been part of the Nike Elite Summit production team, helping coordinate a three-day event for elite athletes while acting as the main point of contact between the client, athletes and production teams.

Beyond the operational side, I also contributed to the creative execution of the event, ensuring every activity aligned with the overall experience. Working on a live event of this scale taught me how important planning, adaptability and teamwork are in turning a concept into a seamless experience.

It also gave me first-hand insight into the realities of producing large-scale brand experiences, strengthening the way.
